Only members are allowed to vouch for someone.
Vouching:-If you like the application and you think it has enough information to let that person in than you can vouch.
-Make sure that they aren't hackers/scammers/dcers/ksers.
-Make sure they are friendly and not a meanie (Max) jk. But still make sure.
Devouching:-If atleast 3 Devouches with a legitimate reason to deny the application
-1 Devouch with a some sort of proof for not letting the certain person in the guild (SS/Video)
-Don't be like "I DEVOUCH CAUSE HE LIKES PIE"
